Na konci každého roku přichystáme něco výjimečného.

2016
Na Vánoce 2016 jsme pro Vás stvořili pivo jako víno. Základem je 21% Barley Wine, kterému jsme
do spilek naložili desítky kilogramů rozinek a nechali ho dva měsíce ležet na dubových barrique chipsech.

2017
Usoudili jsme, že dvacítka s 9% alkoholu je dámské pití a tak se toto volume pokusíme zdvojnásobit.
Po 12 dnech v mrazu -20°C se dílo povedlo se a naservírovali jsme vám
první českou Ice Double IPA s objemem alkoholu 18%.

2018
Pivo je kvašeno šampaňskými kvasnicemi, zrálo v tancích na dubových hoblinách, poté byl přidán cukr a pivo prokvasilo jako správné šampaňské
ještě jednou v lahvi. Připravte se, že špunt ve většině případů poletí opravdu daleko.

2019
Tento wild ale zrál šest měsíců ve čtrnácti dubových sudech po červeném víně. Poté byl blendován a znovu zakvašen tunou ručně vybraných
moravských višní odrůdy Fanal.

2020
Je to prostě babiččin borůvkový koláč s drobenkou a připečenými růžky. Základem je dvanda kyseláč,
kterou jsme vymrazili na 24ku, aby to mělo grády, dali tam dvojnásobnou porci borůvek, aby to bylo
zdravé, a trochu rybízu, aby to mělo šmak.

2021
Tento silný Barley Wine zrál osm měsíců v osmi sudech po španělské sherry Oloroso. Jde o limitovanou
várku 2000 litrů, která se výborně hodí k archivaci.
